Weaving Indiana 20th Anniversary - Member Thoughts and Projects
The Weaving Indiana Guild held its first meeting in January 2003. The goal was to teach, both experienced and new weavers.
Many of the first meetings involved bringing a loom and learning the basics. Guild members have also been encouraged to attend workshops sponsored by the guild or our local weaving shop, and to attend Midwest Weavers Conference and/or HGA’s Convergence. The guild has remained a source of information, encouragement and inspiration.
This past year, as we looked forward to this 20 year milestone, we focused on what the guild has meant in our weaving journey.
The projects listed here represent just the tip of the iceberg!
