The Gold Chair
A woven throw for the back of a chair in my family room
We were shopping for a new chair.  Fifty percent of us liked the gold version.  The other 50% the grey version.  The tie breaker was that I could always weave a gold blanket to put on the back of the grey chair.  It took a few months, but “ta-da”—my grey chair now has a gold accent blanket!
Details
5/2 cotton & Cotton flake used in both warp and weft.  Sett is in my notes somewhere.  The weave structure is plain weave to show off the texture of the flake yarn.  The woven blanket was handwashed and machine dried.
