Friends, St. Luke's UMC has decided to close the church this Saturday because of the impending weather. So, as we do not have another place to meet, and because the weather does look ominous, the board has decided to cancel our January meeting scheduled for this Saturday, January 19. We are sorry that we cannot meet with our friends to welcome our new year of meetings. Please stay warm and safe, and we will see you on February 16.  Weaving Your HeritageJanuary 19, 2019 - Last year our guild president, Cindy Wilson, presented the Guild with a dual weaving challenge. The first was a red scarf challenge. Secondly, she challenged each of us to consider something that reflects our heritage…a pattern, a color, etc. At our meeting this month we will share how individual creativity resulted in beautiful heritage products. |
